When Jane and Jill decided to start their own estate agents, Bracebridge Homes they both knew how it should be done. They have combined estate agency knowledge of over 12 years and have been able to apply that wealth of experience to their new business. “We believe that both purchasers and vendors demand good customer service from their estate agents” says Jane co owner and Director of Bracebridge Homes.

“From the inception of the business we agreed that the most important thing we can do is regularly communicate with our customers and develop a close and trusting working relationship. We understand that buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful and expensive things you will do in your life and our role is to manage that process as smoothly and efficiently as we can.”

To that end the two partners have invested heavily in the very latest technology and software systems, allowing them, at the touch of a button, to have all the information readily available. This means both vendors and purchasers can be kept up to date through the complete house buying and selling process. This however does not take the place of good old fashioned customer service!
